We want you to love your P448 sneakers, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Start Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label and download your return packing slip to include inside the box.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your sneakers in the original P448 shoebox and outer shipping carton, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
